SOLVARA L.L.C-FZ (“SOLVARA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.solvaracreative.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

  • Newsletter and email list sign-ups: name and email address
  • Social media automations: your Instagram handle and any name, email or phone number you choose to share, when you respond to an automated message flow (e.g., DM keyword triggers)
  • Discovery call and booking requests: name, email address and scheduling preferences

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information through cookies, log files, and analytics tools, including:

SOLVARA does not directly collect or store full payment card details. If you make a payment (for example, a project deposit), it is processed by a third-party payment processor, whose own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Google, Meta, our email marketing platform and our hosting provider may process and store data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and European Union. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

8.1. UAE Residents

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), and subject to its exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data, subject to legal exceptions
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

8.2. California Residents

If you are a California resident, applicable state privacy law (CCPA/CPRA) may give you the right to:

  • Know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

SOLVARA does not sell personal information. If you would like to opt out of Meta Pixel-based advertising, please contact us or adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
